Both myself and my assistant coach, Tracey, have struggled with our own weight loss battles in the past.

  • We take a deep dive into your personal program! We will discuss your nutrition and workout consistency, review food logs, assess progress, plan ahead for upcoming challenges, answer your questions and make any necessary changes or adjustments to your plan. This check-in time is fully centered around YOU.

  • Yes! You have several payment options. You can pay in full or in installments. Custom payment plans are also available upon request.

  • After coaching hundreds of women, we believe that tracking your food intake is a great education tool to learn how to eat in a balanced way, which is why we have all our clients utilize it. We take a “flexible tracking” approach which helps ensure you’re eating in a way that ladders up to your goal yet provides you an abundance of flexibility with your food choices.

  • Nope! Here at The Balanced Way Nutrition we believe that there are no “bad” foods. The only time you will need to avoid or omit a certain food is if you are allergic to it, have an intolerance to it, or if you simply don’t like the taste :)

  • Awesome for you! We have lots of clients who choose to continue doing their own workouts - and you can too. The vast majority of this program is centered on nutrition education and habit change, so you’ll still get the benefit of the program.
