I believe you can look and feel your best without living on a diet, even when life is busy.
The first time I transformed my body, I was stuck in the classic cycle of restriction, excessive cardio, and starting over every Monday. The results never lasted because the approach wasn’t sustainable.
Everything changed when I shifted to a balanced, flexible process - one that worked in real life, not just on perfect days.
Years later, I used that same exact process again - this time in a postpartum season, with less time, less sleep, and far fewer ideal routines. And it worked just as well, because Life in Balance isn’t built around a specific lifestyle, it’s built to adapt to the season you’re in.
Now I help women do the same: stop starting over and create results that actually last.

Life in Balance Assistant Coach
Tracey didn’t come to Life in Balance as a coach - she came as a client.
When she joined the program in 2020, she was stuck in the familiar cycle of restrictive dieting, excessive cardio, and starting over every Monday - frustrated that her effort wasn’t leading to lasting results.
Through Life in Balance, she learned how to step away from quick fixes and build a sustainable approach rooted in proper fueling, strength training, and flexibility in real life. The physical changes were powerful, but the mindset shift was life-changing.
That experience led Tracey to become a certified nutrition coach and join the Life in Balance team, where she now helps women break free from all-or-nothing thinking and build consistency that actually sticks.
Now, as a new mom navigating postpartum and a completely different season of life, she’s living this approach again - proving that the process works in any phase of life.
Tracey brings both lived experience and coaching expertise to help Life in Balance members create progress they can maintain long-term.

Absolutely! The beauty of this program is that it’s personalized to YOU. We’ve worked with lots of postpartum moms who’ve successfully lost weight without sacrificing milk supply. I will take your breastfeeding needs into account when calculating your nutrition plan + we can make adjustments to your plan according to milk supply changes or weaning.

After coaching hundreds of women, we believe that tracking your food intake is a great education tool to learn how to eat in a balanced way, which is why we have all our clients utilize it. We take a “flexible tracking” approach - tracking protein and calories only instead of all 3 macros - which helps ensure you’re eating in a way that ladders up to your goal yet provides you an abundance of flexibility with your food choices.

Nope! Here we believe that there are no “bad” foods. The only time you will need to avoid or omit a certain food is if you are allergic to it, have an intolerance to it, or if you simply don’t like the taste :)
