You’ll receive a fully personalized nutrition plan, strength training guidance, bi-weekly 1:1 check-ins, and direct messaging support so you always know exactly what to do, even when life gets busy. Inside this experience, I guide you through my Balanced Body Method to help you lose fat, build confidence, and create results that actually fit your life.

Will this work for me if I’m really busy?

Yes! This is exactly who my programs are designed for.

Everything I teach is built around real life — busy schedules, kids, work, and everything in between. The goal isn’t perfection, it’s consistency.


What if I have my own workout routine I love?

Awesome for you! We have lots of clients who choose to continue doing their own workouts - and you can too. The vast majority of our programs are centered on nutrition education and habit change, so you’ll still get the benefit.


What’s the main difference between 1:1 coaching and Life in Balance?

1:1 coaching is fully personalized with the highest level of support, including direct access to me, individualized adjustments, and a plan built specifically for your life.

Life in Balance follows a structured group format with coaching, accountability, and a proven framework — but without the same level of customization and 1:1 access.


Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! You have several payment options. You can pay in full or in installments. Custom payment plans are also available upon request.


Do I have to track my food?

Tracking is a tool we use to build awareness and structure, especially in the beginning. But the goal isn’t to rely on it forever. You’ll learn how to eat in a way that feels balanced, sustainable, and flexible long-term.


Will I have to cut out certain foods or food groups?

Nope! Here at The Balanced Way Nutrition we believe that there are no “bad” foods. The only time you will need to avoid or omit a certain food is if you are allergic to it, have an intolerance to it, or if you simply don’t like the taste :)


I want to join, but I’m nervous this won’t work for me.
