Do you offer private 1:1 coaching?

After seeing the incredible results and supportive community that are fostered in Life in Balance, I knew in my heart that everyone would benefit from this program! From the weekly educational curriculum and live training calls to the high-level support and accountability you receive from me, the assistant coaches and other women in the group - you are equipped with everything you need to be successful during this program and beyond.

And if you do want a 1:1 component to your program, you have the option to claim one of the limited VIP spots (while availability lasts) to have extra 1:1 touch points added to your Life in Balance group program! Think of this as a hybrid between 1:1 coaching and group coaching (the best of both worlds!).


What if I have my own workout routine I love?

Awesome for you! We have lots of clients who choose to continue doing their own workouts - and you can too. The vast majority of this program is centered on nutrition education and habit change, so you’ll still get the benefit of the program.

Who is Life in Balance NOT for?

Life in Balance is not for you if...

  • You want a quick fix

  • You want to go to extremes to cut out carbs, sugar, alcohol, fat, etc.

  • You want to be in the gym for hours on end every day

  • You have no interest in prioritizing health along with your aesthetic goals

  • You are not willing to commit to the long game


Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! You have several payment options. You can pay in full or in installments. Custom payment plans are also available upon request.


Do I have to track my food?

After coaching hundreds of women, we believe that tracking your food intake is a great education tool to learn how to eat in a balanced way, which is why we have all our clients utilize it. We take a “flexible tracking” approach which helps ensure you’re eating in a way that ladders up to your goals yet provides you an abundance of flexibility with your food choices.


Will I have to cut out certain foods or food groups?

Nope! Here at The Balanced Way Nutrition we believe that there are no “bad” foods. The only time you will need to avoid or omit a certain food is if you are allergic to it, have an intolerance to it, or if you simply don’t like the taste :)


I want to join, but I’m nervous this won’t work for me.
