Planning ahead for your weekends.
this doesn’t mean you have to have your entire weekend planned out and pre-logged, but you DO have to put some thought and intention into your weekends ahead of time.
Things like: Looking up restaurant menus ahead of time, packing healthy snacks if you know you’ll be out and about running errands, setting a drink limit for alcohol, compromising on pieces of your meal (example: order the burger lettuce wrapped so you can enjoy the side of fries and a drink). Taking these small steps to plan ahead produces BIG results in the long-run.
