Accepting that sustainable fat loss takes time.

It’s time to embrace that it took time to gain the weight, and it’s also going to take time to lose it. But the great news is: sustainable weight loss drastically increases your chances of keeping the weight off, so you never have to start back at square one again. This means cycling through a cut phase, reverse diet and maintenance phase (many women will need multiple rounds of these phases to achieve their end body composition goals).
