Do I need experience Tracking Macros?

No experience necessary! We teach you our simplified process for tracking macros because it's less overwhelming, less time consuming and gets you the same great results!

What if I've already purchased the Fat loss blueprint course?

If you've already purchased the course, please send me an email at shaynikkolecoaching@gmail.com so I can get you discounted pricing for this program.

Do I have to do your workouts?

Nope! If you have workouts you enjoy doing, you can absolutely continue doing those. However, if you're looking to try something new, 12 weeks of PDF workouts (home and gym) will be provided.

Is 1:1 coaching provided?

In an effort to keep this program as affordable as possible, there is no 1:1 coaching. However, you can join our weekly office hours for hands on coaching with personalized feedback (like 1:1 coaching without the price tag!).

Can I do this if I’m breastfeeding?

Yes! We will include a lesson on how to set your macro plan as a breastfeeding mom + provide tips for keeping your milk supply up while working toward your postpartum weight loss goals.

What is “Slack”?

Slack is a community platform where you can ask questions, receive accountability, download resources, find new recipes and connect with your coaches & other like-minded women to help you be successful on your journey!
